As a production leader at 1876 Productions (AT&T’s exclusive in-house production and creative studio), I scaled operations from a foundational startup phase into a high-efficiency enterprise engine. Serving as the central execution bridge between client stakeholders and creative teams, I held full project management and financial ownership over our localized and national creative output.

To drive this ecosystem, I architected bottom-up production estimates, translated complex scope into detailed workback schedules, and built agile workflow architecture within Workfront. By integrating AI-driven automation to accelerate front-end documentation and production prep, my team of producers and I enforced strict intake rigor and optimized pipeline capacity. This operational discipline allowed us to seamlessly direct the end-to-end production flow of the work below—encompassing a massive volume of social videos, display banners, out-of-home, print, and in-store retail signage.
